A growth community is a group designed to nurture your growth in the direction of shared interest. Butterfly Bayou is focused on vocational pursuits. We lead through modeling, knowledge sharing, and personalized support from a Christian perspective.
𝟰𝟬% 𝗼𝗳 𝗨.𝗦. 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 are now women-owned, yet women receive less than 2% of venture capital funding.• Women are nearly 𝘁𝘄𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝗻 to face burnout while juggling work, family, and personal responsibilities.
Despite the hurdles, 𝟴𝟰% 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝘀𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆’𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀.These numbers tell a story of resilience, but also highlight the importance of support, connection, and community.
